Return/Exchange of product for change of mind:

If you change your mind, the product must be in original condition of purchase (i.e. not worn and on original tag), and returned within 10 days of purchase.

To return your item online:

Click here to download the Returns/Exchanges form and fill out the details, and return your item to: In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of the product you would like to exchange for, your order will be processed within 72 hours (weekdays). Please return the item/s in the original packaging to ensure they arrive in original purchase condition.

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item. Unfortunately Cienna Designs will not be held accountable for any items lost in the mail. Cienna Designs will pay the freight charges for returning and replacing a product in the event it is faulty (please see Return of Faulty Product for details).The customer will incur the freight charges for re-delivery of exchanged products (except where faulty) and this will be charged to the original payment method.

Return of Faulty Product:

You can return a faulty product (with the exception of Sale Products) to any of our stores by mailing in your product and receipt for a full refund, exchange for the same style, or exchange for another product. If you wish to return the product via our online store, please fill out the Returns/Exchanges form . Cienna will process your return within 48 hours of receiving goods (during business hours, see Shipping & Delivery). We will refund your return postage cost from your original payment.
